Child line Se Dosti & blanket distribution

As a part of Children’s day celebration, two weeks long competitions were conducted in various slums of Gandhinagar for children to promote Child line Se Dosti i.e. to make children familiar with child line 1098 and the government system. Drawing competitions brought forth child marriage and child labour, which educated the young minds of the evils from which one needs to come out and not indulge into it. Bravo to child line team. As the winter is severe in its initial days, SSSS felt that the slum dwellers, poor and children need to sleep well at night and so distributed blankets to the children and the poor in Gandhinagar after proper survey of the area. During these days night awareness programmes were held in different public spots and Social Defense Officer cum Child Marriage Prohibition Officer and District Labour Officer visited SSSS office and met the staff and congratulated SSSS for the noble work done during the pandemic till date.
