On the feast of St. Joseph, 20^th March 2023 ‘Sangath Shikshan’ programme was launched for Aravalli and Patan districts at Pahadiya. Manos Unidas, Spain has supported this venture to help and empower women of Pahadiya, Nanakantharia, Khiloda and Siddhpur parishes. It is to form new cooperatives of women and strengthen the existing cooperatives. Fr. Xavier James, Sisters, SSSS staff and women were present for the event.

Archdiocesan Women’s day was celebrated at Pethapur on 12^th March 2023. 205 women participated in the event. His Grace Archbishop Thomas Macwan celebrated the Holy Eucharist concelebrated by Frs. Xavier James, Martin, Sushil, Lourdusamy. His Grace Archbishop gave away awards to active women in the mission of the respective parish. The women took care of the Liturgy so meaningfully. They themselves prepared for various cultural activities and performed so well. Fr. Xavier James motivated the women to be better leaders so that they can take the Church and society forward. All had very enjoyable togetherness and went home after have a fellowship meal. We are grateful to Sr. Nila, SSSS staff, Fr. Britto, Archbishop Thomas for this great event of the Archdiocese.
