SSSS at villages
On 22nd February 2022, SSSS staff with its
Director visited Bhiloda parish villages for the nutrition programme which is
funded by Manos Unidas, Spain. They visited Jaswantpura where Manjulaben
gathered the women and conducted hand wash day which brought about much
awareness on cleanliness. Thereafter, they visited Motadodisara where Najuben
and her women prepared and brought different kinds of traditional food dishes
and shared with one another. They were all given prizes to boost them. Then,
they visited Nanadodisara where Jashodaben gathered the women who brought
traditional seeds from their homes which was a marvelous sight to see and
everyone wondered at so many seeds which are available with our tribal
society.
SSSS reaches out to persons with disabilities
On 24th February 2022, SSSS reached out to
Poshina parish with food grains and provisions for 90 families of persons with
disabilities. Frs. Kolady, Yowan and Mukeshbhai surveyed the most needy
families and approached SSSS to help out the families of persons with
disabilities. It was a joy to have Fr. Victor Pais, former SSSS director during
the distribution.
