 Caritas visit to SSSS programme

Mr. Ashutosh Joseph from Caritas Delhi along with Mr. Nirmal Minj visited SSSS for the evaluation of Sanjivini programme, which is implemented in the villages of Danta Block in Aravalli district. This programme has been helping the tribal communities of this interior parts of the Archdiocese of Gandhinagar from March 2021 to December 2023. On 4^th December, after meeting the Director and staff and verifying all the required documents they left for the field visit on 5^th December. They visited Kanbayavas, Maal, Rappat, Jambera villages. Mr. Ashutosh interacted with the beneficiaries asking various questions. He met the lead women farmers, beneficiaries of Ayushman card, millet-cultivating farmers, mixed crop farmers, farmers who are using organic fertilizers, pesticides, kitchen garden keepers. He was impressed by the work of SSSS in the far away forest areas of the Archdiocese. Kudos to SSSS staff. 

 SSSS Training Programme for Community Educators

On 6^th & 7^th December 2023, Community Educators from Aravalli and Banaskantha districts gathered at Pethapur for various training programmes. At the very outset SSSS staff verified their documents for better reporting. Then leadership, government schemes and health awareness sessions were conducted for them. In order to be practical, each Community Educator prepared a health topic and conducted an awareness session which will be helpful to them in the field. Bravo to SSSS team.
