World Marriage Day Celebration at CRPF Church, Gandhinagar
On 25th
February 2024, World Marriage Day was celebrated at CRPF Church in Gandhinagar.
Family plays a vital role in the life of the Church and the Sacrament of
Marriage is so special that the spouses administer to each other. Keeping the
memory of Pope St. John Paul II who consecrated World Marriage day in 1993 always
encouraged the married couple. Our Holy Father, Pope Francis acknowledges that
marriage is a call to joy of love and joy of the Church. CRPF Church celebrated
this day with renewal of marital vows and blessing and exchanging of rings to
make the couple feel special. At the end of the Eucharist, all the couple cut
cakes together and shared with each other. This added greater joy to the
parishioners.
