Visit to CHANGE II villages

SSSS through Catholic Ashram, Palanpur has implemented CHANGE II project in 12 villages of Palanpur parish. It is a nutrition programme for women and children of tribal families. On 13^th July 2024, Fr. Xavier James visited Tadoli, Dhanpura and Bedla villages of Amirgadh block. The Community Educators conducted the training on kitchen garden for the women and adolescent girls. Thanks to Manos Unidas who help us in the rural villages of the Archdiocese. Kudos to the community educators who reach out to the village women and children.

Tree plantation by Parishioners

Keeping the climate change in mind and care for creation, Palanpur Parishioners gathered together to plant trees in the Church campus after the Sunday morning Mass on 21^st July 2024. Each family together planted fruit trees in the Church premises along with the sisters. This brought the awareness on care for creation and go green Church. The call of Pope Francis through Lauda to si was reiterated prior to the event.
