                         Field visits & Meeting with animators of SSSS

Regular field visit enriches the quality of the social work ministry and so the Director and the SSSS staff together with animators visit the field of social work intervention on a regular basis. Fr. Xavier James together with Health Coordinators and CBRF coordinator visited Mehsana, Radhanpur and Piplavvali vav in Danta taluka. It is worth to note that real issues become clearer and remedial steps are taken to rectify them. Regular meeting with the staff and animators also make the work flow and dynamic and not static.

On 17^th February 2020, Women’s Cooperative animators met for review and planning meeting at SSSS, Pethapur.  They came from Mehsana, Mandali, Radhanpur, Siddhpur centres and narrated the present functioning of the cooperatives in their respective places. They also enumerated the challenges they face in starting and nurturing the cooperatives. They were given skill training on accounting, documentation, marketing, functioning etc… They also helped in filling CBRF survey forms and submitted to Nitinbhai. SSSS helps the persons with different kinds of disabilities. Vaibhavbhai and Jaifinbhai did a good work for the meeting.

From 24^th to 26^th February 2020, Village Health Animators met for their quarterly review and planning meeting at JVK, Pethapur, Gandhinagar.  The initial meeting took place with sister partners and SSSS to evaluate the health programmes which is coming to close next month. Thereafter evaluation was conducted with the animators. The forth coming project also was discussed during the meetings with both. Sharmilaben and Anilbhai did a commendable job in imparting knowledge to the animators.
