Archdiocesan Girl Child day celebration
Archdiocese of Gandhinagar organized Archdiocesan Girl
Child day on 11th September 2022 at Jeevan Vikas Kendra, Pethapur.
The theme for this year was ‘Our Generation is Digital Generation’. 235 Girls
along with their sisters from different parishes of the Archdiocese
participated in the cultural programme such as skits, speech, dance, garbo etc.
The girls enjoyed the day together. Ms. Damini Patel, Coordinator of Gujarat
state Bachpan Bachavo Aandholan was the guest of honour. She enlightened the
children with modern technology and judicious usage of them. His Grace
Archbishop Thomas Macwan celebrated the Holy Eucharist and appreciated everyone
who participated in it. Archdiocese of Gandhinagar is grateful to all the
sisters who encouraged the girls, Sr. Nila Bhatia, Women’s desk, SSSS staff.
