Caritas visit to Migrant programme at SSSS
Caritas
Personnel Sandip Singh visited SSSS for 3 days in November. He along with the Director,
staff and Fr. Deepak Toppo visited various migrant work place in Gandhinagar
district. They visited daily wager’s sites at Chiloda, sector 6, Migrant
Resource Centre, Help Desk, Shelter home at Bhileshwarpura and Chatral. He was
full of praise for the good work of SSSS staff among the migrant brothers and
sisters and children. SSSS staff has been untiringly helping the Migrants with
many needed documents. In the past month, they helped the migrants with 13 e
shram card, 49 health card, 8 e nirman card, 4 Ayushman card, 2 Aadhar card.
Kudos to SSSS staff for their selfless and hard work.
Cooperative
Accounts
Mehsana Women’s
cooperative account was a great concern and SSSS staff helped with the accounts
and submitted for government auditing. On 24th November 2023, Fr.
Xavier James along with SSSS staff handed over the accounts to Sr. Jenet Mary
and Kiran for further auditing works. Earlier they helped with Mandali and
Radhanpur women’s cooperative accounts for government auditing. Bravo to SSSS
staff who have been helping various women’s cooperatives in the Archdiocese
with proper accounts and documentation.
