SSSS Leadership Training

 SSSS Leadership Training programme for Community Educators

25 Community Educators from different parts of the Archdiocese of Gandhinagar reached Pethapur for Leadership training. It was organized on 22^nd & 23^rd August 2023. SSSS staff verified the documents of the Community Educators as they are very important for reporting. Fr. Xavier James conducted a session on leadership and Mr. Mukund from Caritas India trained them on Community Nursery. Mr. Vaibhav took a session on leadership and Ms. Sharmila took a session on health awareness. At the end, each Community Educator performed an awareness programme on different health topics. On the second day, His Grace Archbishop Thomas Macwan joined and encouraged the animators with various examples and thanked Fr. Xavier James, SSSS staff and the field staff of SSSS for reaching out to the needy in the interior villages of the Archdiocese of Gandhinagar. It was a great learning for Community Educators as well as SSSS. Internship students from Sarvajanik MSW college, Mehsana also were present for the training and shared their learning.
