Divya Jyot Parish Feast
Palanpur
Church is named as Divya Jyot Church i.e. Divine Light. Transfiguration of
Jesus is the Church Feast which was celebrated on 6th August 2024
with august presence of His Grace Archbishop Thomas Macwan, priests, sisters,
faithful, boarding boys and girls. His Grace Archbishop Thomas Macwan presided
over the concelebrated feast mass which was accompanied by the devoted choir
and proactive faithful gathered around the altar. After the Eucharist the
guests were facilitated by a memento which has the photos of the church,
grottos and inscription of the Preamble of the constitution of India. All
participated in the agape meal in the campus and parted for their parishes and
homes. Palanpur Parishioners are grateful to His Grace Archbishop Thomas Macwan,
Priests and Religious sisters, Lay faithful from Deesa, Siddhpur, Vadgam, Mehsana,
Abu Road, Gandhinagar for their presence and participation in the Parish Feast Day
celebration.
